Ordering Medication Via Patient Services;

If you are signed up to Patient Services then you are able to order your repeat medication online.  Simply Log into your account and select the "My Prescriptions Tab"  You then need to select which medications are needed and then submit your request to us.  Once the surgery receives your request your prescription will be ready to collect 48 hours after from 2pm onwards.  Please note that any prescriptions ordered on Thursday will be ready the following day after 2pm and any prescriptions ordered on Friday will be ready the following Monday after 2pm.

Ordering Medication Via the Prescription Line;

Prescriptions may be ordered by telephone by ringing the prescription line on 0161 796 1851.  Please make sure you have details of the items you wish to order before telephoning.  We need to have correct details of drugs ordered to ensure accuracy and patient safety.  If this number is busy please do not ring the surgery number as this blocks access for more urgent calls and orders can only be processed via the prescription line.

The prescription line is open on weekdays from 10am until 3pm (please note the line is closed from 12.30pm-1.30pm).

Ordering Medication Via the Tear Off Slip;

You may also order repeat prescriptions by using the tear off slip attached to your prescription.  Please indicate the items you require with a tick and place the slip in the prescription request box inside the entrance to the Surgery - or at the reception desk.

Ordering Medication Via Fax

We are happy to receive prescription requests from patients by fax on 0161 796 2748.
