Patient Access

The Practice offers an online service called Patient Access.  The service is available to order repeat medication, book appointments and to view your medical record online.  In order to register for this service you will need to complete a registration form.  Registration forms are available here or alternatively can be collected from the surgery.  Once the form is completed you will need to hand this into our reception desk and show the receptionist a form of photographic ID.  The form will then be processed and you will receive a registration letter via email which will contain full details of how to register for the service.

Patients can also register for the NHS App via the following website Log in – NHS App Online (service.nhs.uk)

The NHS app allows you to order repeat medication online, nominate a pharmacy for your medicines to be sent to electronically, book appointments and to also view your medical history online.
