The Practice is always keen to know how we can improve our service to patients.

In order to obtain constructive feedback we have a PPG (Patient Participation Group) which is a cross section of patients who kindly offer their time to attend occasional meetings at the surgery. Over the years the group has proved to be invaluable to help the Practice try and fulfil patients’ needs and expectations. Members of the group volunteered to promote Practice services by meeting and greeting patients when they attended for appointments to encourage patients to register for the online services.
