Telephoning the Surgery
The lines tend to be very busy at the start of surgery and so if possible please save your less urgent requests until after 11am.
If you need to speak to a doctor in person, the best times to ring are usually between 11.15am - 11.45am. Please tell the receptionist the nature of your call and allow for the fact that your notes will need to be made available to the doctor before you are put through.
If you wish to make enquiries about administrative or non-medical aspects of your health or treatment, our staff may be able to help you themselves.
